Once you've found something that pure, you won't need anything else.

I think we all start out as really good kids.  Then, we take a wrong turn somewhere.

HUH.

Wow.

I haven't been on Lj for a couple of months. So much backlog entries to read and it sucks that Lj only goes back to about a hundred.  (My icons! My fixx! NWS!!)

I've missed you all and I'm sorely missing you all.

I am in dire need of updates.  Can't wait to read what's been going on with you guys for the past two months!

Due to my new-found unhealthy SuJu obsession, I've been out of the DORAMA and anime loop lately.  Suggestions, anyone? Help out a fellow fangirl in need! And remember the more NFWS, the better! XD

Hope everyone is having a kickass summer! <3

So here we are.

My December pretty much sucked -- royally, to tell you the truth.  But hey, there's always January and the eleven other months of the new year to make up for it.  (Please be good.)

Daft Punk says: Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger.  And because I believe in the electro wisdom of Daft Punk harder, better, faster, stronger it is.

I hope everyone has a magical, fantastic, great romances of the twenty first century-filled 2008.

I'm waiting for us to run out of poetry and pretty things to say.

When we run out of poetry and pretty things to say,
we are left with truth – raw and unhinged;
and it burns brighter and more beautiful
than the carefully pieced pretty things
and cautiously strung poetry;
for it is, in itself, perfectly eloquent.

Half the time I'm excited to go, half the time I'm freaked out that there'll be some malevolent spirit lurking in my hotel room ready to subject me to a slow and painful death.

BRILLIANT.  This is what happens when you watch too many Asian horror movies.

I REFUSE to be petrified to death by a girl coming out of a well or choked to death by a girl who trapezes around the ceiling and walls with her ridiculous hair extensions.

Crack.  I think I just frightened myself again.

Oh brilliant.  There goes staying at a tiny inn in Hokkaido.

They may say some awful things
But there's no point in listening
Your words are the only words
That I believe in afterwards.

No, it's nothing that strikes home to me.

It's just really pretty.

WARNING: Weather rantage.  Fucking heat.  Lots of WTFcrack!

It's already June.

The weather ought to be changing.  The clouds should be rolling, the sun shouldn't be glaring.  It's already June and it still feels like a fucking furnace outside.

Where are the promises of monsoon rains, typhoons, scattered showers and thunderstorms?  At least indulge us with a cloudy day.

It's too fucking hot to go outside and I'm withering from staying indoors.  There's only so much you can watch on telly, after all.

My new wellingtons are staring at me, mocking me, because I'll never get to use them.

Bastards.

So I waltz around the house wearing them, waiting for the weather to shift so I can wear them outdoors and not feel like a complete idiot.

As a rabid Devil May Cry fan, I was more than pleased and thrilled to know that they're coming out with a twelve-episode anime of it very soon.

I looked up the seiyu who will be voicing Dante, and I nearly died when I found out it's Toshiyuki Morikawa!  He has a veeeeerrrry nice voice.  He's played Conrad Weller (Kyou Kara Maou), Sephiroth (Final Fantasy VII), Hideaki Nakajima (Gakuen Heaven), Sawatari (St. Tail), Seiichiro (X), Tatsumi (Yami no Matsuei), among others.

It's going to be BEAUTIFUL. e.e

Andie and I were Google Earthing people the other night.  It pretty cool and kinda creepy that Google KNOWS ALL.  It can keep tabs where I live, where Andie and Pat live, Mt. Everest, Acropolis, and even Mars.

Although they're not live feeds, it's still amazing.  And rather disconcerting.

SOMEONE IS WATCHING.

And no, Moony, not the aliens.
